I believe we have a duty to honor and support our veterans who have sacrificed so much for our country. They deserve timely access to quality healthcare, reliable local resources, and real opportunities to succeed when they return home. No veteran should have to struggle to receive the benefits they've earned through their service.
This issue is deeply personal to me. Two of my daughters are veterans, and through their experiences, I've seen firsthand the challenges many veterans face. Whether it's navigating the VA system, accessing care in rural areas, or finding the right support after transitioning back to civilian life. Our veterans shouldn't have to fight another battle just to get the help they've already earned.
I'm committed to advocating for stronger support systems for our veterans, improving access to services in rural communities, and ensuring accountability so benefits are delivered efficiently and effectively. We must stand by those who have served by providing the care, respect, and opportunities they deserve here at home in District 4.
